The Hideaway – The conversion of a manor house’s old underground water tanks into a residential dwelling for Copas Farms Estate. FEDS provided structural engineering services to stabilize the structures and facilitate internal and external structural alterations.
Estate Office – The construction of a new Estates Office for Blenheim Palace and its Estates within an historic listed boundary wall in a Site of Specific Scientific Interest (SSSI). FEDS provided structural and civil engineering services, which included a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) in the form of permeable block paving to manage surface water run-off in accordance with best practice design standards.
Changing Places facility at Blenheim Palace provides a safe, comfortable, hygienic toilet and changing facilities for people with mental or physical disabilities, which allows them more time to enjoy community life, socialise and travel.

Blenheim Art Foundation – FEDS has provided engineering design services to build and display artwork since its inception by Lord Edward Spencer-Churchill the 11th Duke of Marlborough in 2014, starting with Ai Weiwei. Following Ai Weiwei, Blenheim Art Foundation has hosted solo exhibitions by Lawrence Weiner in 2015, Michelangelo Pistoletto in 2016, Jenny Holzer in 2017, Yves Klein in 2018, Maurizio Cattelan in 2019, Cecily Brown in 2020, Tino Sehgal in 2021 and Mohammed Sami in 2024.
